Courses and Workshops

At RWPS we offer a selection of courses aimed at the DSLR user who wants to shoot more creatively, the range of courses start from the Beginner Introduction courses to the advanced technique users.

All the course and workshops are held across the northern side of Sydney and are held all year round.

The regular classes are:

Beginner (Introduction Class)

This course is for those who enjoy their photography and want to develop their knowledge and skills. Shoot a variety of subjects in various locations including crowd shots, buildings, portraits, landscapes and night shoots. There will also be some show and tell sessions. Explore hardware and software that can be used and also manipulation of your images. Suitable for both beginners and intermediates, using compact, SLR or film cameras

Intermediate Class

For those who have completed our Photography Introduction course or other similar introductory photography course

Advanced  Class

This course will concentrate on the portrait aspect of photography, the use of light and shadows and photography with natural and artificial light. We will also look at body form and macro. Other subjects include focus points, light compensation and white balance utilization

With regular workshops on Photoshop, Portraiture, Landscapes and Lighting
